certificate. Our company possess a team of persons for quality control and assurance processes.
Quality assurance process is carried out for all of our products during the end of each phase of
the development cycle to ensure the quality of our products can achieve our customers' requirements,
expectation and satisfaction.
Standard or Tailor-made Products
We can manufacture standard products and also able to provide any tailor-made products for our
customers based on the samples or graphs provided by our customers.
RoHS and Environment Protection Products
For RoHS products that must be suitable for the use under environment protection rules.
We can provides reports and certificates for RoHS products which are examinied and tested by
SGS, Bureau Veritas (BV) or ITS, which are well-known laboratories and their services are trustable &
assured by the screws and fasteners industry. In addition, we can also provide reports and certificates for
RoHS products that examinied by other laboratories that suggest by our customers. Please states and
specifies your
requirements clearly when you place your orders such as requesting for any reports, certificates provided by
any laboratories or any approvements written by our company.
Materials
Our products are made on different materials but we mainly use 1010 Iron, 1018 Iron, 302HQ Stainless Steel,
Aluminium, Copper, Carbon Steel. Furthermore, we can arrange for introducting materials that meet the special
request by our customers.
Types of Products
We provide various type of products such as machine screws, tapping screws, taptite screws, hexagonal nuts,
washers, lathe parts, shafts, rivets and rings.

Ranges of the diameters of screw body: 1.0mm - 8.0mm
Range of the length of screw: 2.0mm - 120mm
Range of the length of axle: 5.0mm - 500mm
