Overview
Our manufacturing plant possesses more than hundred manufacturing machines for producing different
types of screws and metal products in order to achieve different criterias and requirements
of the customers especially for those tailor-made products which is required more advanced
and sofisticated technologies.
Types of Manufacturing Machines
Our manufacturing machines includes thread rolling machines, high speed thread rolling
machines, heading machines, shank cutters, straighten machines, wire rollers, angle drillers,
head selectors, abrasive machine polishing machines and screw end cutting machines, hydraulic throught and non-through thread rolling machine, bush cut-off
heading machine, etc.
Quality Management and Assurance
For the purpose of quality control on our products, we got sufficient and well-conditional
devices for ensuring that our products are able to achieve the quality requirements for our
customers and guarantee our products’ quality can be maintained during any phases of development
cycles. We have projector, parallel gauges, depth gauges, microscopes, sclerometers, torsionals
and every’ kind of wreath rules, needle rules, tooth rules and other testing instruments for product testing and measurement within our quality control department. All of the devices will
be separated to be used for measuring and qualifying RoHS products and non-RoHS products in order to eliminate
any risk of pollution occurrences.

Ranges of the diameters of screw body: 1.0mm - 8.0mm
Range of the length of screw: 2.0mm - 120mm
Range of the length of axle: 5.0mm - 500mm
